What it is and How it Works
Oxymetholone, better known as Anadrol, is one of the most powerful anabolic steroids available. Traditionally used in oral form, this is the injectable version, delivering the same dramatic effects without the first-pass liver metabolism of tablets.
Oxymetholone is highly anabolic and promotes rapid increases in red blood cell production, nitrogen retention, and protein synthesis. Users typically experience extreme strength gains, rapid weight increase, and fuller muscles within weeks. However, its potency comes with risks.
Anadrol is notorious for estrogenic-like side effects despite not aromatizing, since it activates the estrogen receptor directly. This can cause water retention, bloating, and gynecomastia. Androgenic effects such as acne, oily skin, and hair loss are also possible, along with cardiovascular strain from altered lipids and elevated blood pressure. Post-injection pain also tends to be significant.
How is it used?
Injectable Anadrol provides more stable blood levels compared to the oral version and reduces some of the liver stress. However, it remains a very harsh compound and is generally reserved for advanced users.
It is typically stacked with Testosterone or other injectables in bulking cycles. Because of its extreme potency, cycles are often kept short, usually 4 to 6 weeks. Its effects are fast-acting, with noticeable size and strength gains within the first 1 to 2 weeks.
Dose
This product is dosed at 50mg/ml × 10ml. Performance use typically ranges from 25 to 50mg per day, which equates to 175 to 350mg per week. Due to its harsh profile, doses above this are strongly discouraged, and cycle length should be kept short. Some users only use it as an occasional pre-workout tool.
