Got enough for 2 months as I was curious. Started out at .5mg/day and after a few weeks found that hunger became easier to manage. Just increased it to 1mg/day. Has made sticking to my cut much simpler. Only side effect has been for the first few days after starting it as well as after increasing the dosage I felt a little out of sorts. Has been good so far. It is a tad bit on the expensive side so if money is a concern clen is a better choice
