Description
ULTIMA-CJC NO DAC 5MG - ULTIMA PHARMACEUTICALS
1 vial x 5 mg
CJC-1295, a synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), consists of 30 amino acids. It has demonstrated high efficacy in increasing growth hormone secretion and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels without adversely affecting GH secretion pulsatility.
This peptide is frequently combined with Ipamorelin due to its superior specificity as a GHRH, generating similar growth hormone secretion enhancements without the associated appetite stimulation or increase in cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, or aldosterone seen with other peptides in its class. It is well-tolerated and synergizes effectively when paired with Ipamorelin.
Benefits of CJC-1295:
- Increased growth hormone secretion and IGF-1 levels with no elevation in prolactin
- Augmented body weight and length via heightened protein synthesis
- Enhanced muscle growth
- Improved bone density
- Boosted immune function
- Enhanced cognition and memory
- Increased collagen production
- Facilitated fat loss
- Promoted cellular repair and regeneration
CJC-1295 also facilitates slow wave deep sleep, critical for optimal muscle growth, memory retention, and rejuvenation.
Two types of CJC 1295:
- GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) triggers pulsatile GH release from the pituitary gland. Sermorelin, consisting of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH, and CJC-1295, a modified form with a longer half-life of 30 minutes, are available.
- CJC-1295 + DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) features enhanced half-life due to DAC binding to albumin, extending to 8 days. However, this prolonged half-life may lead to decreased GH pulse amplitude and tissue stimulation.
Safety:
- Long-acting CJC molecules may necessitate 'hormone holidays' every three to six months to allow pituitary recovery. Sermorelin is used during these breaks instead of CJC-1295 + DAC.
- 'Hormone holidays' may mitigate the risk of GH resistance, characterized by antibody formation or decreased GH receptor density, though long-term studies are lacking.
Side effects of CJC-1295 may include injection site reactions, headache, diarrhea, vasodilation, nausea, and abdominal pain. Regular monitoring and adherence to prescribed protocols are essential for optimizing benefits while minimizing risks.
